Back when we were in England in July, we took a day trip out to Stonehenge. In the middle of rolling fields and farms rise these 20+ foot huge monoliths. It's hard to grasp how large they are until you are up close in person.

Swedish Car Day 2013
This Sunday was the 14th annual Swedish Car Day at Larz Anderson Auto Museum in Brookline. Great turnout this year with lots of great examples of Saabs and Volvos from the 1950s to today - including the new Volvo V60 wagon, which is the only one in America.

The Thames at Night
Only a few weeks ago, we took a trip to London to visit a friend from the U.S. who is going to school there. The first night we arrived, we took a walk down the Thames to take in some views of the city. London has such a great blend of historic and modern worlds, we spent a few hours just wandering.
Will have a few posts coming up with pics from the trip, so look out for those.

Boston Rainbow
This late afternoon, most faced a series of intense thunderstorms and flooding rain on the evening commute. However, immediately after, the sun came out and a fantastic double rainbow lingered for more than 30 minutes over the Boston area.

Bring Back Boylston
Nearly two weeks after the Boston Marathon tragedies, Boylston street and Copley Square reopened in Boston. On this beautiful day, thousands of people turned out to view the memorial site, pay their respects at the bombing sites, and patronize local businesses. Slowly, a sense of normalcy began to return to Boston.
